Peewee OBA Win In Guelph
Keegan Priestap had a solid start on the mound and scored two runs, leading the Mitchell Stratford RV Peewee OBA Astros to a 12-3 victory over the Guelph Royals in ICBA action on July 24th.
Priestap maxed out on his full pitch count after 4 2/3 innings, with stopper Ryan Hubbard coming on in relief to close out the win. Jordan Visneskie and Cody Bach also scored two runs, and extra bases hits were recorded by Carson Harmer, Kellen Russwurm, Priestap, and Visneskie. Catcher Caleb Templeman threw out a base runner early in the game to slow down the Guelph run game, and solid infield catches were made by Jarrett Van Bakel, Josh French, and Russwurm. ICBA action continues for the locals tonight in Kitchener, returning home tomorrow night to host Cambridge.
