THE DINO DUCKS WIN AGAIN
The Mitchell Pee Wee OBA team players (which is made up of players from both of the WOBA Pee Wee teams) have affectionately named themselves the Dino Ducks. On June 7th they played their second game of the season at 1pm in Mitchell against Goderich and held onto a 12-11 victory.
Mitchell led early with six runs in the first inning and four more in the second. Curtis Eidt gave up three runs in two innings of work on the mound while Callum McMann gave up one run over two innings. Kyle Richardson had an effective fifth inning while James Copeland finished up the game.
Offensively, Eidt scored three runs and Ryan Harmer, Tyler Roobroeck and Copeland scored two runs each.
Next action is a tournament in Harrow.
