Peewee OBA Record Two Wins & Tie In Three Day Span
The Mitchell Stratford RV Peewee OBA Astros completed a stretch of three ICBA games in four days, ending up with two wins and a tie for five of a possible six points.

Mitchell faced off with the Kitchener Panthers on the road on July 25th, for a rare 8:30pm start time under the lights.  Cody Bach, Jordan Visneskie, Jack Miller, and Keegan Priestap all hit run-scoring doubles in the opening inning to open up a 7-0 lead.  Up 10-6 going into the bottom of the 5th, the Astros would score another four runs as Caleb Templeman and Ryan Hubbard added doubles to help finish up a 17-7 victory.  Templeman would record the win on the mound, and every Mitchell batter would score at least once.
On July 26th, Mitchell would host the Cambridge Cubs at Cooper Field, and quickly found themselves down 4-0 after the top of the opening inning.  The locals could only battle back for one run in the bottom half as Visneskie tripled to drive in Josh French who had been on board with a walk.  The Cambridge bats were silenced for two innings, and Mitchell would then pull ahead 6-4 in the bottom of the third with Miller recording an RBI double.  After Cambridge tied it up 6-6 in the 4th, Templeman stroked an RBI triple, trotting home immediately on a throwing error back to the infield, giving Mitchell the lead again at 9-6.  The bats then went quiet while Cambridge chipped away, taking the lead back 10-9 in the top of the 7th.  The Astros needed an RBI groundout from Visneskie to score Templeman to salvage one point in the 10-10 tie.  French would record the win.
July 28th brought the Kitchener Panthers to town, with Priestap drawing the start and throwing 4 innings of shutout baseball before giving way to Carson Harmer to finish up the 14-0 win.  After a scoreless opening top half, the Astros exploded for six runs in the bottom half and never looked back.  Jarrett Van Bakel opened the Mitchell half of the inning with a leadoff triple, trotting home on French's RBI double.  Before the inning was over, Visneskie would triple and Dominic Marshall and Miller both had doubles.  French would also add a triple in the second inning.
