Batting

Use a fence or even an old bed sheet, something that gives a little so you don’t wreck your bat. I’d use an old bat if you have one. Start slow and work up speed. You should be able to take a full power swing and not hit the fence.
Things to concentrate on:
- don’t lean away from the fence
- don’t step away from the fence
- take a proper swing with all movement back towards the pitchers
- focus on hitting the ball right up the middle, front foot down at point of contact
