In a rematch of Team Harris' preseason exhibition game, this time Team Wolfe came out on top. Team Harris put forth a mighty effort on both sides of the ball, but they were not able to slow down the big bats on Team Wolfe.
This was another stellar offensive performance by Team Harris, maxing out runs in the second inning.
Lincoln Laverty and Reegan Vessie both had two solid hits off the machine, with Kayla Visneskie, Keith Linton, Lincoln Vandervelde, and Sean Gibbings all making it on-base twice. Firecracker Elyn Hannon hit her first hit off the machine, unfortunately, getting stranded at first base.
Carter Harris showed his speed, as he narrowly beat out a throw at first base, while Thomas Schoonderwoerd did some heads-up base running.
Defensively, Carson Lubbers stood tall at first base, as Seth Brown and Max Brodhagen made highlight-reel-worthy defensive plays.
Team Wolfe will be hard-pressed to get another win against this hardworking Team Harris, who will surely by the end of the season make a Sportscentre Top 10 list all on their own.
