Mitchell 21, Exeter 6: Team Harris Rebounds with a Big Win.
Team Harris shook off Monday night's loss and came back strong with a big win against a tough Exeter team. These hitting machines maxed out their runs in every inning for a big 21-6 win. Despite the threat of rain, the team played their hearts out. The spectators also braved the damp cold...as the Tim Horton's window was facing the wrong direction.

Elyn Hannon is surely getting her cleats dirty, contributing two runs and showing that she is growing and able to play new positions. Lincoln Vandervelde's strength is becoming apparent, as he hit a single off a tricky machine that stumped some of the teams most consistent hitters. Seth Brown, although held off the score sheet himself, had two key RBIs, hitting the mercy run in two innings.

Kayla Visneskie's hit steak continues with two more monster hits and Carter Harris and Sean Gibbings both continue to excel offensively, hitting anything and everything the machine puts across the plate.

Thomas "Wild Thing" Schoonderwoerd demonstrated his powerful throwing arm at pitcher, attempting to throw out a runner at first. The runner didn't know what hit him! Reegan Vessie also continues to play well defensively, getting key outs at first and even running right off the field to chase a foul ball.

Max Brodhagen displayed tremendous speed, chasing down a runner to get the out at first base. Keith Linton also played extremely well in the infield, recording outs at first and second base. Catcher Carson Lubbers might have to put an ice pack on his hand after catching some heaters behind the plate.

It was a great, fun game for all! Way to go, team! Our next game is a week today against Mitchell Team Wolfe.
