GREAT START FOR PEE WEE OBA TEAM
The Pee Wee OBA team had its first action of the year on May 28th in Mitchell against Exeter winning 11-8.
The team started hot with a six hit first inning and led 5-1. Exeter began to battle back but pitcher Tyler Roobroeck came in and pitched three strong innings to put the game away. Ben Small and Jake Monden also saw early duty on the mound and pitched well and each picked off a base runner.
Reid Ramseyer led the way offensively with three hits and three runs scored, one of them being a deep triple. Ryan Harmer also had three hits and three runs scored.
Great way to start the season boys!
