Mitchell One Squares up Season Series
On Wednesday Aug 5th, the two Mitchell Tier 2 teams had their second meeting of the year. The Mitchell 1 team would even the season series, handing Walther's IDA tier 2 team a 24-17 defeat.
In a slugfest, Ben Medhurst lead the charge registering 4 hits and scoring 3 runs. Following right behind was Jordan Visneskie and Nolan Vessie who also had 4 hits and scored 2 runs. Brandon Dietrich and Joel Meinen each had 3 hits.
On, the defensive side, Vessie had the hot hand making several good defensive plays at first and pitcher.
