Rookies Win In Kincardine
The Mitchell Stickhandler Tier 1 Major Rookie Astros notched their second consecutive road win for the week, downing Kincardine 18-8.
Jack Miller paced the offense going 4-for-4 with 2 doubles, 3 RBI's, and 4 runs scored.
A well-balanced attack was on display, as Dominic Marshall also scored 4 runs, and Jordan Visneskie, Kellen Russwurm, Ryan Hubbard, and Charlie Geiger each knocked in two runs. Additional extra-base hits were recorded by Hubbard and Marshall.
Zach Houben had a strong game at defense playing beside the pitching machine, recording many groundball outs. Shortstop Carson Harmer also contributed with several groundball and flyball outs.
