Minor Mosquito OBA, 11U Mosquito, 2018 (Mitchell Minor Baseball)

The D.L. Hannon Minor Mosquito OBA's competed in the Mitchell Mosquito Baseball tournament July 6th-8th.

The D.L Hannon Minor Mosquito OBA team came away with an impressive 20-11 win against Goderich on June 201th when the Seahawks and Astros met for the second time this season on Mitchell's home turf.  

Friday June 15th the Mitchell D.L. Hannon Minor Mosquitoes met Essex in the first of their SMBA Jack Grasby Memorial tournament games.  Mitchell got the bats going early scoring 8 of their 11 total runs in the top of the first inning.  Midway through the first inning Elijah Bender hit a double far into right field, picking up 2 RBI’s on the paly as Evan Janssen and Zack Siemon-Hergot came into score.

On Sunday June 10th, the D.L. Hannon Minor Mosquitoes took to the road to take on Mount Forest.  Both teams battled hard inning for inning.  With Mount Forest pulling away leaving Mitchell down 6 runs heading in to the top of the 7th inning.
