8-2 Win Over Grand Bend
The Major Rookie Tier 2 Team 1 exploded for an 8-2 win on Thursday evening in Mitchell. The Astros would score four runs in the first inning, another in the third and finished with three more in the fifth and final inning. Brooklyn Boville, Jacob Bice, and Keegan Priestap would each score twice with Lincoln Lorentz and Hayden Nicholson each making it across home once.
The Astros continue to build their defensive skills with Brennan Ward, Blake Redfern Callum Harris and Nicholson each making outs on the bases to keep Grand Bend to just two runs for the game.
