Minor Rookie Red, 7U Minor Rookie, 2016 (Mitchell Minor Baseball)

Stratford RV Centre’s Mitchell Minor Red Team met Grand Bend Black at home on Monday, July 4th. It was a hot day but the boys would not relent! Ben Hubbard started the inning picking up a ground ball and heading to second to make take the Grand Bend player with the out! Connor Eisler was solid again on third! He stopped two of the Grand Bend Black players on third with his quick thinking, and ease of play!

Stratford RV Centre’s Mitchell Minor Red Team met Goderich Black at home Diamond A on Tuesday, June 28th. The Home team came out ready to win! In the first inning, Jack Crowley picked up a grounder on third base and tagged the runner! Carter Miller was a wall on short as he grabbed a grounder and tagged the Goderich runner heading for third!

Stratford RV Centre’s Mitchell Minor Red Team met the Exeter Red team in Exeter on Monday, June 20th. They boys played well against the Exeter Red’s. The Mitchell Red’s won the game 21 - 16!

Stratford RV Centre’s Mitchell Minor Red Team locked horns with St. Marys on Thursday, June 16th. During the first inning of home play Connor Eisler got a runner out at third, Colby Faust took a runner out on second and Carson Brown tagged a runner on second to keep the St Marys team at bay!

Stratford RV Centre’s Mitchell Minor Red Team traveled to Goderich Seahawks Grey team Tuesday evening to play the Seahawk's team. The boys immediately demonstrated their batting strength obtaining 7 runs in each of the first two innings. Jack Crowley, Carter Miller and Jake Richardson were heavy hitters off the batting machine, as they smashed the ball beyond the Seahawk’s infield!
