Bantam Blue, 2016 (Mitchell Minor Baseball)

The Zehr Insurance WOBA Bantam Blue team arrived in Kincardine on Friday, August 19, 2016, for the first game of its year end tournament; however, Mother Nature had other plans for the team.

The Zehr Insurance WOBA Bantam Blue baseball team made the quick trip to Exeter last night to play a 7pm game.  The boys came ready to win and have fun and they did both leaving with a score of 6 to 3 and a whole lot of laughs.

The Zehr Insurance Mitchell bantams journeyed to Parkhill on Wednesday, June 29th to play North Middlesex.  After a slow start they finally took the lead in the 3rd, maintained it till the 5th and finished it off with a 12 to 12 tie.      

Three more exciting games have been played by the Zehr Insurance Bantam Blue Boys Baseball team over the past week and a half.  They recorded a close 4 to 2 loss to St. Mary’s, a 12 to 2 mercy over Grand Bend followed by another tight one with Goderich Grey ending in an 8 to 6 loss.

On Friday, June 3rd, the Zehr Insurance WOBA Bantam Blue boy’s baseball team made the long trek to Hanover for its fourth game of the season. They left with another win under their belt…a 13 to 1 mercy after the 5th.
